Bread-----Low carb bread, almond flour bread, lettuce, egg (scrambled egg pattie made in a frying pan, roll up fillings in it)

Pasta----Spaghetti squash, zucchini, yellow squash cut into strips, egg whites

Candy---Sugar free candy, homemade sugar free candy

Desserts-----Low carb desserts, homemade low carb desserts

Baked Goods (cake, pancakes, cookies, etc.)---homemade baked goods with almond, optionally mixed with protein powder to add strength.
