Mix first 3 ingredients in a bowl and set aside. In electric mixer, cream butter with splenda and brown sugar twin until smooth. Add egg then vanilla.
Add dry mixture and mix. Stir in chocolate chips.
Use a round measuring tablespoon (or cookie scoop) to make dough into round balls and lay 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes or until centers are set and very lightly browned. Cool 2-3 minutes before removing from baking sheet.
